On April 28th our 6th Graders heard from Victoria native and Chanhassen High School graduate Frank Ragnow. Frank’s visit to West was part of the Hot and Cold Pack Challenge in 6th Grade science class. He talked about how he uses cold and heat therapy as an athlete and how he benefits from both types of treatment. Ragnow also emphasized to the 6th graders the importance of treating others with respect, being a great friend and classmate, and how important character and decision making can be for all students. We are extremely honored and thankful to have had the newest member of the Detroit Lions here at West inspiring our students.
