Open House

6th Grade WEB Experience – Wed. August 23rd, Noon – 3:00pm (6th grade students only). 6th Grade Open House, Wed. Aug. 23rd, 3:00 – 6:00pm. Parents/guardians join their student at 3:00 to pick up schedules, try locker combos, put supplies in lockers, take school pictures, deposit money in lunch accounts, and purchase PE t-shirts. 7th & 8th Grade Open House, Thurs. Aug 24th, 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Students pick up schedules, put supplies in lockers, take school pictures, deposit money into lunch accounts, and purchase PE t-shirts. If you are unable to attend the day you are assigned, you may come from 3 – 6pm on the alternate day. Or you may stop by the office from 7am – 2pm on Monday 8/28, Tuesday 8/ 29 or Thursday, 8/31 to get your schedule and locker assignment, bring in school supplies, etc. School Picture Make up Day will be Thursday 9/21. National History Day – 7 State Qualifiers

CMSW sent 26 projects and 50 students to the National History Day Regional Competition and had 7 qualify for the State competition on April 29th. History Day is an individualized research project where students select a topic, develop a thesis, research and build a project in specific categories to show their research connected to a theme which this year is “Taking a Stand in History”.
